Bell boots protect the delicate heel bulb, covering the pastern, the coronary band and the hoof wall down to the heel. These boots are ideal to shield your horse from those nasty self-inflicted hoof strikes — some large-stride horses overreach and clip their heel bulbs with their back hoofs. These bell boots are ‘no-turn’ style, which is a tighter fitting boot designed not to ‘turn’ around.
